DIY is possible. Just be sure to compress the spring enough to put the top strut nut on to hold the strut mount on without it compressing the spring down. Once the strut mount is on and the top strut nut is on, release the pressure on the spring. Once the assembly is installed in the car, then torque down the top strut nut to spec. Lots on here about that.
eEuro rocks and I highly recommend them. They special ordered the steering knuckles for me. Car drives like new. (Bought and replaced everything else too... struts, strut mounts, bellows, springs, zinc spring spacers, strut bearings, wheel bearings, ABS sensor holders, tierod ends, control arms, stanchion arm bearings, plus did all engine/tranny mounts). I won't have to touch the car again for another ten years for those parts. :-)
