Will not hold alignment.

So after a year of Grand Canyon roads have beat up my front end on my 97 Saab 900s, I put new tires on and had an alignment performed. It drove nice and straight for the first 100 miles or so then slowly works its way out of alignment.
This happened last time, but I thought it was just the bumpy roads.
The issue was the front-right wheel was wanting to go left. It is doing the same thing again, slowly working its way to pulling left.
Would new struts solve this?
Any suggestions?
