You won't be able to start it without the key. They keys have a chip and there is a reader located near the lock cylinder. Without the proper chip, the security system won't allow the car to start. Unfortunately, since you don't have any keys, you'll need to replace the TWICE module and get new keys programmed. Hopefully you'll be able to find a used module with matching keys.
