Platonoff site in link below has picture of starter. Not too hard to remove it from above once black plastic air intake is removed. Not sure if you mean crankshaft seal at oil pump and serpentine belt, or other crank seal behind flywheel/ring gear. Former seal R&R means removing L-shaped plastic cowl in right wheel inner fender, loosening crank pulley bolt, removing right wheel, locking belt tensioner, placing serpentine belt away from oil drippage, removing crankshaft pulley, removing oil pump cover huge circlip, pressing out old and in new seal, and reassembling. If pulley oil seal lip sealing area is heavily grooved, you may want to consider pressing on a SpeediSleeve. R&R of seal at other end of crankshaft means removing tranny, which is much more involved.
