Unplug the DI and pull the fuel pump fuse.

I use a remote starter switch I've had for years to crank the engine. One wire to the positive terminal of the starter, the ground to the battery.
You can pull all the plugs and do the cylinders one after the other. Do the test when the engine is warm, but it doesn't have to be driven for long. You can even just idle it for 10 mins or so. You want it to be warm to get the most accurate readings.
