The front suspension in my 1994 coupe needs redoing again at 160k. This was last done at 110k miles, but the past 50k has done in the monroe struts and finished off the repacked strut mount bearings. Also there is an annoying rattling spring base plate on the Rt. strut tower. Car is otherwise driving fine. I could do the 94-95 suspension upgrade kit, but am still hesitating at the kit cost. Does anyone have advice/experience on replicating this upgrade kit using new bushings and recycling used front suspension parts from a 1996-99 parts car? If I found one with konis, what would be the easiest pull method to get it all without damaging balljoint seals?

...due for a timing chain replacement, so trying to budget wisely.
