battery, then 4 wire pressure switch on receiver/drier may be bad. Using the diagram from the NG900 WIS which should be same as early 9-3, if AC system is charged between 2 bar (29 psi) and 30 bar (435 psi), the 4 wire sensor wires #1 & #2 should have continuity. The low speed radiator fan should run when same sensor sees over 16.5 bar (240 psi) which connects wires #3 and #4 until pressure drops to 12.5 bar (181 psi). If compressor overheat switch atop compressor is open all the time, compressor clutch won't engage. Switch should open at 140C and close at 120C. Compressor clutch is engaged by engine computer through a relay. So you may also need to check computer signal coming to relay coil located near fan relay, as well as applying a jumper at relay to see if compressor clutch engages. Normally whenever AC system is opened, the receiver/drier is replaced.
