It's not hard to hook up the factory door speaker amp to an aftermarket head unit, but I'd use the head unit's regular line-level outputs instead of a subwoofer output. The door speaker amp has its own 150 Hz crossover, so there's no need to further limit the frequency range with a subwoofer crossover, which may well be lower than that. You'll have to make up an adapter cable (or have your installer make one) that adapts the DIN plug on the amp to a pair of RCA plugs and a wire for the turn-on signal. Use the DIN pin-out diagram on Richard Bevan's Saab Audio Guide, which NCCaniac posted a link to. The RCA plugs need to be soldered to the front channel outputs and the audio ground, and the wire needs to be soldered to the turn-on signal pin.
