It is a multiple expletive job. I have always hated the way they put those radiators in. The problem I am having in trying to help is that I don't have a car here right now to look at. The trouble with trying to help with just text is that I know the radiator comes out and goes in without damage, but I don't have a vivid enough recollection or imagination to be able to "see" exactly what you have there. Your first post was pretty decriptive, so I chose not to ask about each individual thing that might be in the way.
It is one of the most disliked jobs you could pick to do on a NG900, so don't feel too bad that it's giving you trouble.
