Hi have been told by two reputable sources that the SID from a 96 900 can not be installed in a 99 9,3.(and the radio) If this is true, are all the electrical systems incompatible ? I bought my 9,3 (last week) thinking that I could canibalise my 96 (dead with bad transmission) for the rest of its useful life.
Any insight into the changes between the models would be appreciated.
