Jeremy is right. It is just a little tricky the first time, but after that it can be done in a few minutes. First you just twist off the plastic covers in the engine bay that protect the bulb inside the headlight from dust. Then release and flip down the retaining clip that Jeremy mentioned. After that the bulb connected to the plug and wire assembly should easily unplug. Plug in the new bulb and then put everything back. The bulb base has little prongs that help line it up before pushing the retaining clip back into place.
