1999 9-3 Suspension

I have a 1999 9-3 base model HB which currently has about 185,000 miles and had its struts/shocks replaced a while back when the mileage was between 75,000 and 85,000 miles.
The car has become quite bouncy once again (Hudson County NJ roads are lunar surface), and am I am considering replacing the struts. Given that the car is brushing up against its lifespan and that it’s my second car (probably no more than 1,000 miles/year going forward), I’d like to economically change the struts and do whatever other work is involved in getting the suspension back to snuff.
I have received a quote from Sears for about $460 for new shocks and struts installed. They use Sensatrac’s (Monroe, I believe). I know this forum is not a big fan of Sear’s but I do have a pretty reliable well-intentioned nearby Sears (in Jersey City).
I could alternatively order from eEuroparts and have my local garage install, but given the $80-85/Hour labor, it might not be very worthwhile.
My questions for the group: (1) Does the Sears estimate seem reasonable? Are there other expenses might arise? (2) Would you reject the Sears option based upon their parts selection and order some other manufacturers parts? (3) I am not seeking anything special on the parts, close to OEM is fine, so any other parts suggestions?
Thanks.
