Just a thought... O2 sensors have an internal heater circuit which speeds up the system going into closed loop mode. If the resistance in the heater circuit is not the same as the OEM sensors, the measured voltage of the O2 sensor is going to fluctuate. More internal resistance = less voltage and lees internal resistance = more voltage. My guess is that you did not use OEM O2 sensors... Ron
