Another no start scenario

I have a 99 9-3 with intermitten starting issues. I have read most of the thread on the board but do not see my situation. The first start in the morning (I live in Atlanta so the temp is not very cold), the car barely cranks as if the battery is dead. After 3 or 4 attempts the starter will gradually get enough power to crank the enginge and then after 10 or 15 seconds of cranking the engine will kick. Once started the engine will typically start up as normal.
I have had the battery and charging system checked and I have by passed the neutral switch but still have the same issue. When I turn the key to start all the dash lights are on and I a can hear relays clicking on. Once started the car will idle a little roughly until warm. Once warm the car will run fine and will start with no issue. Typically onces it fully cools down the problem returns.
My thoughts are that it is somehow electric but I have checked all connections for corrosion and have found none. I am about ready to pull the ignititon switch but wanted to ask for advice first.
Any ideas and thoughts would be appreciated.
Thank yoy for reading, EGAD
