Well, there goes dealer confidence!
I have a question. Other ride issues aside.
When cornering on smooth pavements, how does body roll and power delivery/traction seem now, compared to the way it was?
While your suspension was jacked up, your camber would be a bit severe. How are the outside edges of your tires looking. Also, your car was at risk for bent front wheels. I would check the tires, and possibley press for some relief on the tires if they look bad. Also get then to check the run out on the wheels, and get them to replace if bent. The dealer was responsible for this problem on two counts. The upper bushings/buffer/bearings would also have taken extreme loads. When you talk to Saab, try to get someone with a good techncial background involved. The springs and spring seats should be ok, they were not seeing much action. Analignment should show if anything is off. Does the vehicle track straight, stop straight etc?
