Jack it in front at the central jacking point. Put the stands under the factory jack points for a LIFT, not for the trunk jack. Those points are very strong.
The rear is more of an issue. You have to jack at the outside (rocker) jack point. Put a block of wood (or one with a slot, or one on each side of the rocker jack point) and take it up; then put the stand under the frame point where the rear axle/suspension pivot attaches.
