The "ideal" fill mark is the needle stopping in the tiny gap right by the letter "F" as the autoshutoff on the gas pump clicks off.If this is not to your liking, you may visit your SAAB dealer at which time they will use TECH 2 to program/adjust the fuel level. Of course it will not be covered under a "warranty" so be prepared to pony up $$ for the procedure.
No it is not a service problem/issue/recall.......whathaveyou.
