I'd say your bearing is shot. It should not have any play but then I only played with mine when they were newly installed (I swapped new ones in when I rebuilt my entire front end.)
As for the sensor....spray LOTS of PB Blaster (or other good penetrating oil....not WD-40 crap) on both the bolt and plastic pin. Give it hours to soak and spray a few times then slowly start prying with a screw driver wiggling back and forth. Try tapping the pin from behind with a small punch between prying. I broke one of mine and a replacement was difficult to find. The other I got out and the bolt was easy to remove with a pair of good ViceGrips.
