I very seriously doubt fluid or motor mounts could be at fault here. Linkage issues should be very noticeable as the shifter would be flopping around. Alignment? Maybe, but even then I'm thinking only some gears would be blocked, such as the left, right, top or bottom only.
Perhaps your clutch disc has come apart and is preventing disengagement. Can you rock the car back and forth to get it into first, then start the engine and drive around without the clutch? Match RPMs to hit other gears, etc.???
