The speedometer is not working in my viggen and I can not figure it out. I ran my diagnostic unit on the car while driving and I can bring up the cars speed in live data and it is accurate. The problem is that the speedometer needle on the dash does not move.

The only CEL I'm getting with the car is P1658 which is just my bypass controller valve. I'm changing that now. The car is a 2001 9-3 with a viggen engine swap. Along with the swap I had to switch the twice/dice over from the viggen. This includes the cluster so I am thinking there may be a different pin location in the cluster harness for the spedo signal.

Could this also be a tech-II software issue where some thing happened similar to the radio lock out when I switched the dice/twice?

To be honest I'm completely stumped with this one. I should also note that neither the sid nor odometer acknowledge any mileage. They stay at 000 and the sid reads --- when any thing distance related is shown.
