This is driving me crazy. I have bled the system and have a hard pedal. I depressed the pedal to the floor overnight and have zero leaks. The slave cylinder is still fully compressing the clutch springs 12 hours later and the pedal is still hard.
How is air entering the system when I am driving? When the pedal is depressed the master seals block off the reservoir and begin to pressurize the system. When the pedal is released the clutch springs force the slave back and the pedal is pushed back to the point at which the seals pass the reservoir port. The pedal is over-center sprung and can not pull a vacuum on the system. Has that ever been a problem for anyone? HOW IS AIR ENTERING THE SYSTEM??? Gaaaaaahhhhhhhh!!!!!!
edit: new master, new flex hose, fluid well above clutch partition in reservoir
