Left part of steering wheel horn does not work

Hi, ever since I owned my 1997 Saab 900S nine years ago, the left part of steering wheel horn had not worked. I wasn't too worried as the right part worked fine. Just the other day, both left and right parts did not work but after pressing on the right part a few more times, it started working again. This concerns me and I wonder what I can do to make the whole steering wheel horn corrected. TIA!
