You didn't say what year, engine or transmission type and sounds like you may not know how hard it was driven the previous 158K miles. And lets face it, these cars are 11 to 20 years old. It really comes down to how the car has been treated overall and any specific incidents, what has been replaced and when, and just luck on where any particular component or assembly falls on the quality distribtion out of the factory.
I have a 1999 9-3 auto with 195K miles. Until recently I was averaging about 7.5K miles a year, and from 2006-2013 the longest stretch of no non-maintenence repairs was maybe 18 months.
By now with at least 11 years and 160K miles I would have suspected minimally replace / fix each of the following once or will need to soon: fuel pump, DIC, EVAP purge valve, water pump, a engine or trans mount, idler pully ... infamous SID.
Would general expect or wouldn't be surprised by an ABS module, steering rack, AIC, TB on a T7, a whole host of sensors, strut mounts, control arm, tie rods, A/C compressor, timing chain & tensioner, fan resistor pack or auto climate module, power brake components, coolant hose especially the upper, maybe a radiator, power antenna and seems like people complain about the trunk mounted CD changer... if a turbo perhaps a BPC or BOV, and maybe the turbo itself.
If an auto trans I'd be surprised if any real issues there if not abused. Likely same with a manual.
Does not include the standard "maintenance" items like brake pads and roters, exhaust behind the cat (also depending on winter salt), plugs, the occasional thermostats, vacuum lines, shocks and maybe struts, batteries, intake and climate air filters, fluids, belts, clutches...
