How long did you wait before testing for draw.
That fuse supply systems that takes awhile to go to sleep so you need to wait some 5 min at least before checking for draw and obviously not move anything or open any doors since that would wake up the system again.
Marginal old battery might have some turmoil going on inside enough to keep sensitive systems alive due to the voltage surges inside battery.
