I have some to add though, in order of bang for the buck:
-GS shifter (much greater feel, plus shorter throws).
-JZW tune... even if you don't do ANY hardware upgrades, he can still give you something that will make a pleasant difference. If you decide to do some upgrades (2 major ones are below), you can turn it into a real screamer.
-ETS IC
-GS 3" downpipe (I think these are roughly tied; similar cost, and both make a noticeable difference. I did the downpipe on its own, so I can personally speak to the seat of the pants feel. I did the IC with a bunch of other upgrades and so I can't say, but I've heard they are noticeable on their own).
I bought the GS rear brace, but I can't say I noticed anything improved. However it's not too heavy, and it can't hurt the rigidity, so give it a shot if you want to. I just doubt you will notice anything.
