Thank you very much for the detailed information. I have more information on the problem. Well, at least the problem shutting the engine down (if not the ignition starting hickups). I had a code reader in the car when the engine failed and it came up with code P1230. When i tried to look it up via the internet (it's a manufacturer specific code) it came up with two:
1. Inj. Cyl. 6, Control Module Output Short to Ground [Is this the ignition Cassette, the "Control Module?"]
2. Throttle Position Sensor 1 & 2 Circuit Sum Out of Range [I recently replaced the old, defective Throttle Body with a Used, presumably working one. I did reset the Throttle Body after i installed it.]
What do these two mean?
