I would not think twice but to get them out and install new ones when the pipe is off the car.
Bosch who makes the sensors say 100K miles as a good interval for replacement but car manufacturers under the gun from emission agencies setting the rules says not until the Check Engine light indicates it is bad.
But what not many people think about is that the sensors goes bad slowly but surely for every year and miles driven and as older they get, the more fragile them become (just like us) and any disturbance can be enough to make them croak right after everything is bolted back together.
So now is the golden time to heat up the pipe red hot and get them out. Run a thread chaser through the holes and install new ones.
You might even get some gas mileage back that has been lost due to lazy front O2 sensor.
