Is this the valve that is clipped to the large aluminum turbo inlet pipe, and has three 6mm silicone hoses connected to it?
If so, I think the valve is broken as it is a sealed part.
Try eEuro, RMEuro, or FCP Euro for a replacement boost control valve. Check that the hoses are going to the correct ports. Each hose is stenciled and the ports are labeled, R, C, or W
