Might be a vacuum line, might be the vacuum booster (the large metal donut immediatley behind the master cylinder), might be a cracked fitting on the intake manifold. Regardless of source it sounds like a loss of engine vacuum.
Your SID does not display fault codes - only a variety of service messages in addition to temperatures and radio stations.
