Rear Window Sprayer

Hello, I have a question about my 1999 9-3 rear window squirter. I'll hold the little button on the window wiper stalk and the motor under the quarter panel whirls to life. I look through the rear view mirror and I see little dribbles of blue washer fluid come out.
I took off the little black plastic piece that holds the squirter, and I took the squirter itself off and blew it clear with my compressed air hose. That piece is clear now, but it only squirts a little bit more than before.
Where else could it be blocked? Is it a one way valve that is failing? If I were to unplug the hose from the motor which runs to the rear squirter, and then blow compressed air into it, would it push off any connectors inside the body? Which would then require me to take apart half of the inside panels to reconnect it?
Thank you!
