New Source for Wind Blockers Posted by MI-Roger [Email] ![]() ![]() |
I just found this source tonight. The Saab OEM wind blockers have recently become NLA but were selling for ~$400 when this happened. I have a RaceLand brand that works great but is not as high quality as the Saab OEM and is not as convenient to install. The redeeming part is its low cost of only ~$100.
The latest discovery uses the spring loaded pin mounting method just like the Saab OEM style but costs about half of what the Saab brand sold at. I can't tell from the photos if these ChromDesign wind blockers use a heavier gage tubing frame than the RaceLand, but construction methods appear to match the RaceLand, a step below the Saab.
