'99 Viggen-
Noticed a hose not connected to anything at either end. I think its a drain hose, if it were a vacuum hose the car would tell me. One end is near the coolant reservoir and is zip tied to some other wires running in the corner of the engine bay above the wheel well, and travels toward the battery. It curves back on itself near the back of the headlight and terminates in the left fender, clipped to the body in the void under the washer fluid/turn signal.
What should the end near the coolant tank be connected to? Its not part of the headlight washer system.
