Probably less likely to have sludge. Will that answer satisfy you?
The next step would be to remove valve cover and check the timing chain side for sludge or particles clinging to the walls and also depending on the VIN replacing head bolts and retorque head gasket.
Next step after that would be to remove oil pan and clean out screen since it has been cases posted where the car had seen regular oil changes using fully synthetic oil and still have a fair amount of coffee ground particles in the pickup screen.
