Yes, I did! I'm very familiar with operating the top manually.

It's just that the dang latch won't release that holds the top to the tonneau. The tonneau cover releases fine via the tool in the trunk, passenger side (US).

I read several threads about manually powering the 5th bow latch to attempt to release but think I'll just take it to my mechanic and have him do it.
