Hello,
Make sure the intermediate shaft part number 50 57 674 was replaced. It is usually not sold as part of the axle assembly in part because it is pressed into a bearing that is part of the lower alternator bracket. It gets damaged when the inner tripod looses it grease and it is usually the most common reason for vibration under acceleration on a 9-3. Good Luck, Bernie
