There is a car starter that can be installed in manual transmissions.I looked at one for my Honda a few years back. It was Pricey about $300.00 for the starter and $450.00 for labor. It had a sensor that made sure the car was in neutral and then started it. But I think with Saabs you a re out of lock unless you rig something to make your key come out in Neutral. But I think that you are out of Luck and unless you are really handy it is really expensive. This was a couple of years ago though so things might have changed....
