Look at the top of the battery. There should be a cover or vent or something that will pry loose with a screwdriver. The battery can't be totally sealed, it needs to vent to gas (hydrogen?) released during charging. Once you get the cap off, gently pour _distilled_ water in each of the cells, until the water level first "dimples" at the bottom of the fill well. Do not over fill. Wipe off the top of the battery with a disposable rag and pop the cap back in place. Repeat for the other cap.
Use only distilled water, and wear some sort of eye protection when you're pouring the water in, it may splash a bit, and the liquid in the battery is acidic.
