Just my opinion... but at this point, I would leave well enough alone. Years ago, most new cars had a head retorquing specified at the first service- 1000 mile (which the dealers NEVER did) to allow for the play that developed because of expansion/contraction against the head gasket. At 45k, you might run the risk of unseating something or putting unequal stress on the head if you mess with it. I would be curious to hear the opinions of others on the board that might have had some personal experience with this issue.
BTW- if you decide to re-torque, have an ACCURATE torque wrench, and work from the inside bolts to the outside-- alternating from side to side. Usually, there is a sequence diagram in the repair manuals. Follow it!
