Or take them off the fuel rail to a Bosch dealer to have it performed. Hydraulic lifters can go bad, usually a symptom of infrequent oil changes if they fail early.
Let the dealer do his job, first. You have a one yr. warranty on the job from Saab too.
Price on this job varies slightly from region to region, but close to a grand. $1,000. US Dollars.
