Unfortunately, I only have the wiring diagrams and not the electrical manual (must buy one after your problems). Working from the wiring diagrams, the ignition relay is near the brake pedal switch and the fuse panel at LH end of dashboard. I am deducing this from references to junctions and grounding points in the wiring manual. SO my bet is the relay is behind the dashboard. Can some other SAABer confirm??
