I have a stock 1999 9-3. I just has it at the dealer for some work and I got to talking to the mechanic. He said he would turn up the boost for me by adjusting the waste gate. He said turned it about 3 turns. Now it only boosts to half way in the yellow in first and second where it used to just touch the red. Does the computer need time to learn the new boost level or is the computer cutting it back? It doesn't feel any slower or faster but I haven't driven too much yet.
