Wait I have a question for you what are trying to do increase your boost or return it to the normal base boost?
The proper base boost I belive is .4 bars which if you do your math 1bar =14.75 psi = 5.9 psi base boost.
I have read the service manual and their is no magic number of turn of the wastegate to make it the proper boost just trial and error.
I would take the exact amount of turns that you made clockwise and apply these turn counter clockwise. This sould put your boost back were it was.
