AC & heater stopped working

My AC and heater has stopped working on my '95 900 SET. I had an independent mechanic quickly look at it when I had my oil changed and he said that it may be a relay because the compressor was not getting electricity. Over the weekend I swapped the AC/ACC relay with the Hi-beam relay (both same exact relay). The AC still didn't come on and the hi-beams worked.
Is there another relay somewhere that I am missing? Has anyone had this problem or know what it may be? Just dreading that it is a major electrical problem.
Thanks in Advance,
Mike
