Dean, I did this about a year and a half ago on my car. IIRC, I paid about that same price from cybertroll.com. It was a Saab part, shipped in a Saab box.
I paid $50 each for Brembo rear rotors and about the same price for pads. I soaked the brake line fitting in WD-40 or similar and used a flare nut wrench with no problems.
In retrospect, I probably should have replaced both calipers as well, but at the time, the price just kept going up and up. I replaced the side with the frozen piston, but just cleaned the other side. The pad guide pins quickly corroded over again, which caused the pads to seat incorrectly and wear unevenly. I should resolve this rather than letting it go, but I can only chase so many problems at once.
