You may want to go ahead and change them while the belt is off. All indications here are that the pulleys fail around 60,000 miles. If you feel like saving the $$$ for labor and are reasonably mechanically adept, you could do it yourself. I think the pulleys were $42 for the idler near the firewall and $35 for the other idler and the belt about $35.
