Relay on the loose

You guys were right on the money. There is a small grey cube with four prongs just beggin to be plugged back in. The only problem is the seat is adjusted fairly low, and there is not enough space to grab hold of it. There is a black cross bar which narrows the access to under an inch. A flimsy feeling piece of plastic which the relay is resting on makes over the crossbar the only option. Couple that with the awkward position and I can't plug it back in.
The relay can't find its way to the floor because of the flat plastic piece. If the flat plastic wasn't there I could probably do it. It looks held on by a clip, which I could probably undo if I could get to it.
Quite frustrating. Any other advice.
Thanks - Tom
