Wheel Vibration Saga...the (somewhat long) Conclusion???

Just put my 16 inch rims/tires (new) back on the car after having them checked and balanced with a Hunter diagnostic machine. One rim is slightly out of round (an acceptable value on the hunter is anything under 25, this rim was a 22, the other three were a 9,10,14 respectively. They balanced all of the rims for me, and even took the time when i came to pick them up to show me on the hunter what was wrong with the rim. The guy tried to balance it even better with me present, and he did get the number down from a 26 to a 22.
The ride is MUCH smoother than before. From my short test drive, it seems smooth except for a slight vibration around 70+. I don't have time today to mess with air pressure etc, but im hoping to rid myself of this vibration.
My question is this: The rim is obviously not in the best shape, its force value (i think thats what they called it) is more than double two of the other rims. Yes, it is barely in the acceptable range, but still...there is that small vibration. Should I try to get a different rim from sportscarservice.com?
Let me know your thoughts, BTW, the hunter diagnosis and rebalancing was a whopping 75 bucks total.
Brian
PS...if you ever get rims mounted/balanced...or are having vibration issues, find a shop with a Hunter "Road Force" (GSP700??) machine, it is amazing, fun to watch it in action, and it answered my questions about my tires/rims.
