Are the plugs clean and properly gapped?
Starting problems like this can be caused by fouled injectors. Use a fuel system cleaner, which is stronger than basic injector cleaner.
Remove the throttle body transision casting, and clean the throttle body and buterfly valve and edges with a cloth and some solvent.
Sometimes ignition problems are caused by battery condition. The battery post connections need to be clean and tight. Top up the electrolyte with distilled water if needed.
Check vacuum lines for split ends. This could affect the mixture at cranking speeds.
Fuel pump delivery capacity problems would show up as loss of power at full throttle and higher PRM's. Ditto for a restrictive fuel filter. Does not sound like your problem.
When you start, pause at the ignition on before starting. This allows the fuel pump to get the pressure up.
