To see if the system is electrically function I would jump the AC relay and see if the compressor clutch begins to rotate with the compressor. (The center with the 3 quarter size circles on it). If it does not function I would jump the temp. switch on the compressor and try again. The temp switch on the compressor has a wire going to the clutch and one going to a wire on the rad support. If it is clutch is being engaged in either of these times you have a R134a problem or a problem with an internal part. You said the pressure was 100 psi. Is this the high side or low side? Compressor engaged or not? Car running or not? Car not running pressure should be about outide air temp on both sides. Compressor running I would expect 35 to 40 PSI on low side and 200-250 on high side.
