It was mandrel bent straight through from turbo back. I had no cat so thats probably the root of my problem. The whole thing is sitting on the side of my house but isnt really usable in my opinion. I was so eager to get it off, I used a hack saw in my driveway, with the car on the ground. The muffler I used was the quiet Dynomax, the non-straight through model. 3" is DEFINITELY the way to go for increased hp, very noticeable. My friend has a resonator in place of the cat on his 96 Aero and its not too bad, sounds good actually. The downpipe I had made is really nice, I kept that in the house. If you want it, I dont want much for it(downpipe). I think I might be in Ottawa for Canada day.
